Comfy Dog was founded in 1979 by Marianne Stuart and her Dog Kelly.
Kelly was diagnosed with arthritis. There were no other beds on the market that helped Kelly.
So, Marianne designed the Comfy Dog Bed. Kelly slept much better. All of Kelly's dog friends tried his Comfy Dog Bed and wanted one too. Soon Marianne started making enough Comfy Dog Beds so every dog in America could be happy!
