What is a Urine Proof (Vet) bed? Urine Proof Beds have our orthopedic mattess as well as a nylon reinforced vinyl cover. These beds have been sold to Veterinarians for the past 20 years. We have decided to make them available to the public. They are for Older or Ill dogs that are incontinent. Vomit or Urine will not soil this bed. We recommend that you place a towel over the top to faciliate cleanup.
How do you Wash the Fabric Covers? We recommend that you wash your fabric cover in cold water with a gentle cycle. Dry your cover with low heat until damp dry. Fold the mattress in half and place the damp cover on. Finish by air drying. A small amount of fabric shrinkage is to be expected.
