Policies and Procedures
Buyers Remorse:
We will gladly accept any returns within thirty day from the date of purchase minus our shipping costs, provided the following conditions are met: the bed is clean, without hair or pet stains. If the bed is stained or damaged from your pet, no refund will be issued. No bed is indestructable, and we will not warranty a bed against a pet's chewing.
Returns:
Refunds will be issued when the product has been received and inspected. Your account will be credited in approximately 3-4 weeks from the time the bed was received. It is recommended that you return the Bed via UPS. Please keep a copy of the UPS receipt and tracking number.
